Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a meticulously blended whisky from the House of Suntory, embodying the harmony between Japanese nature and craftsmanship. It combines malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from the Chita distillery. The blend is aged in a variety of casks, including American white oak, Sherry casks, and distinctive Mizunara (Japanese oak) casks, contributing to its complex flavour profile. The iconic 24-faceted bottle represents the seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.
