Produced by Irish Distillers at the New Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland, it is crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. This 12-year-old expression is matured in a combination of seasoned Oloroso sherry butts and American bourbon barrels, contributing to its characteristic complexity, balance of fruit and spice, and creamy mouthfeel.
